New York Pass Tips
- Free one-hour session at HighFlyer Zipline
- No age limit but weight restriction for safety: 65-300lbs. You will be weighed upon arrival
- HighFlyer cannot hold personal belongings for you so plan accordingly.
- Sunglasses & prescription glasses will require a securing strap during flight
- Free return shuttle service for friends and family to the landing area as well as back to the Resort/Casino after landing
- Laibility waivers must be signed before flying
Reservations
- Advanced reservations are required for HighFlyer Zipline at Foxwoods Resort Casino.
- Visit HighFlyer Zipline's website to reserve your zipline time slot. You will need your individual pass numbers.
- You will be asked to supply a credit card number to hold the reservation. Your credit card will only be charged if you do not present your active pass for the reserved tour or do not cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time.
- We advise that you check the weather at least 48 hours before your trip and reschedule with HighFlyer if inclement weather is forecast.
- Your pass must be valid at the time of your reserved experience.

- Present your pass at check-in, located in the Fox Tower Rotunda next to the Fox Tower parking garage. You must arrive 15 minutes before departure location to have your pass validated for boarding.

Not on the actual zipline ride, however a waiver must be completed by the parent/guardian for any child under 18. No child under age 16 will be allowed to ride the shuttle unescorted.
You all can be set up as a group, but you will not launch all at the same time. Lines 1 & 3 and 2 & 4 will be released.
If you’ve scheduled a flight online, then arrive at the flight pass counter in Fox Tower garage rotunda for the weigh-in and to receive your flight pass 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time.
No, as long as you follow safety procedures and instructions. The harness is connected at two points. You cannot go upside down or rotate anyway.
You are required to hold on with both hands during the ride. You are not required to stop yourself or do anything but sit and enjoy the flight!
Yes. There are approximately 50 stairs you will have to climb to get to the take-off platform.
The viewing shuttle will take guests to the landing pad at the museum approximately every 15 minutes. When you head to Base Camp to start your flight, your family can head to the shuttle. Then you all can come back together. Please be advised not all shuttles are equipped to handle wheelchairs, if somebody in your party needs this assistance please let us know in advance.
Yes, you have two opportunities to purchase photos: onsite, or you can purchase them afterward by visiting our website.
No refunds will be given for cancellations within 24 hours, or if you do not show up for your zipline flight. If we can accommodate a reschedule for you, we will do so, but no guarantees. If you are “terror-stricken” at the launch point, and decide to back-out of the zipline flight, then no refund is given.
