2. Enter the recipient’s email or mobile number (with the relevant country code) or select a person from your Recent recipients’ list and click on CONTINUE.

3. Select the balance* and the currency** of the transaction, enter the amount and click on CONTINUE.

4. A summary of your transaction will appear on the screen. Click on CONFIRM.

5. Enter your 6-digits verification codeor your PINand click on CONFIRM. ***

* Your primary account balance will be preselected. You can also choose to send money from one of your secondary account balances (if you have available) from the drop-down menu of the Select balance section.

** Your primary account currency will be preselected. It will automatically change if you change the send balance of your transaction. You can also choose an alternative send currency from the drop-down menu under the Enter amount section.

*** You can select the option to add the recipient to your trusted list before clicking on Confirm. By doing so, you will not be asked for you 6-digits verification code or your PIN during your next transfer to that recipient.

Good to note:

  • If you are sending money using recipient’s mobile number, they need to verify it (if not done yet) to receive the funds.
