I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app a few times and also followed the troubleshooting suggestions on the app support website, but nothing has helped - the app just stopped working one day for no good reason and nothing has fixed the issue.

I have tried hard resets and other things listed by the developers and users, doesn’t correct the problem. Every now and then, I can get it to play if I am disconnected from WiFi, but then you can’t use any of the extra items. It use to happen every now and then, but the last year, it is horrible. Happens every time I try to play, I have finally given up.

V.3.96.105ReplyNeeds an update There are way too many pop up prompts prior to getting to the actual game level map and there should be a “skip” button to bypass them all if the developers feel they must have them. I am mentioning them because they wouldn’t be so annoying if the game wasn’t constantly freezing on the map. After completing a level, I am taken back to the map, but unable to move on to the next level or even manually tap on it. I have to totally force close out of the game to be able to play again. I come and go from this game, but I may just delete it now.
